Liberal Democrat candidate, Naomi Bloomer, has been elected to represent St Michael’s ward on Cotswold District Council. Whilst, Andrea Pellegram, Liberal Democrat candidate, has been elected to represent Cirencester Park division on Gloucestershire County Council, following polls held on 2 July.
