Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen returns as Cotswold Homes & Interiors Festival celebrates third year

Back for its third year, the Cotswold Homes & Interiors Festival grows from a one-day showcase into a full weekend of homes, interiors, and design inspiration on 21–22 March in Cirencester town centre.

Described as “a weekend of inspiration, style and expert tips”, the event brings together dozens of homes and interiors businesses from across the Cotswolds - with around 100 stalls in The Corn Hall and on the town’s historic Market Place, as well as talks and workshops.

The festival was first held in 2024 and has grown each year since, showcasing the wealth of creativity in the area.

The talks take place in The Corn Hall, with subjects ranging from dressing your home for sale and the restoration of a historic building, to how homeware retailing has evolved over the years.

Local celebrity interior designer, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen will be sharing his views on design in a talk at 3pm on the Saturday.  Laurence has been involved in the festival since it started.

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen said: “I’m delighted the Homes and Interiors Festival is taking place for a third year and it’s a genuine pleasure to be a part of it. Design has been a huge influence on the Cotswolds and its heritage over the years and will continue to be so. It’s absolutely right that we celebrate the wonderful creativity and talent that is on our doorstep.”

Workshops are also taking place at New Brewery Arts as well as a sewing class, led by Remnant Revolution, at The Old Department Store in the Market Place.

More information is available on the festival website: www.cotswoldhomesfest.co.uk.

The event is organised by Cotswold District Council, working in partnership with The Corn Hall and Cirencester Town Council and is supported by the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The festival forms part of the council’s wider commitment to supporting a dynamic and resilient local economy - helping businesses to grow, develop new audiences and contribute to the long-term prosperity of the district.

Paul James, economic development lead at Cotswold District Council, said: "We’re delighted to see the event take place for a third year and keep on growing.  We have a fantastic array of homes and interiors businesses within the Cotswolds, with around 40 in and around Cirencester town centre and many more in the surrounding towns and villages.  This event showcases their products and services and will be a fantastic weekend for people who love their homes and want to keep on improving them.”
