Cotswold Homes and Interiors Festival

Cotswold Homes and Interiors Festival Returns to Cirencester

Following the success of its inaugural event last year, the Cotswold Homes and Interiors Festival is set to return on Saturday 29 March 2025.

Taking place in the heart of Cirencester at The Corn Hall from 10am to 5pm, the festival promises to be even more expansive, featuring a variety of new attractions and esteemed speakers.

This year, the festival will expand to outdoor stalls in the Market Place, thanks to a partnership with Cirencester Town Council and support from Cotswold District Council.

Attendees can look forward to insightful talks from renowned designers, with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Vanessa Arbuthnott sharing their expertise. Other discussions will cover topics such as decluttering, the use of colour in interiors, retrofitting homes for energy efficiency, and the restoration of derelict historic buildings on Dollar Street in Cirencester. The talks will take place inside The Corn Hall, alongside the various stalls showcasing some of the best Cotswold home and interior offerings.

New Brewery Arts will host a series of workshops, offering hands-on experiences for participants to hone their interior design skills. Meanwhile, the Cotswold Plant House, located in the Stable Yard, will host Terrarium workshops.

While entry to the festival is free, certain talks will have a nominal fee, with all proceeds benefiting two local charities: Cotswold Friends and the Big Yellow Bus Project.

At the event, interior design enthusiasts, or those simply looking for inspiration for the home, have the unique opportunity to engage with experts, discover local businesses, and support the community.

The festival continues to receive support from Cotswold District Council through the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund, underscoring its commitment to supporting the local economy.

Cllr Tristan Wilkinson, cabinet member for economy and environment, said, “We are thrilled to bring the Homes and Interiors Festival back to Cirencester for a second year. This event not only highlights the incredible talent and craftsmanship we have in the Cotswolds, but it also supports local businesses and inspires homeowners with fresh ideas.

“It’s so important that where we can, the council supports events like these to help local businesses thrive. With a fantastic lineup of speakers, workshops, and new outdoor stalls in the Market Place, the 2025 festival will be bigger and better than ever."
